Hey slay ladies, since we got the interesting things behind us its time to review the products that were used.
Firstly foundation: I absolutely loved the Essence soft touch mousse, it was perfectly matte. The beauty blender worked so well together with the foundation. I’m usually someone who has to put a lot of powder here and there because when you got an oily skin it just something you got to do. Although I had to apply a lot of foundation to get a good coverage it eventually became perfect after a few applications, it was just about adding a little, a lot.

Secondly contour: I really liked how the colour suited my skin, it didn’t look strange but natural with the Wet n’ wild contouring palette. What I didn’t like about it was that it was a bit patchy so i ended up applying a lot which then made it look too dark but then with the lighter shade I dimed down the colour.

Thirdly liner: I’m really not going to lie here, although I really love Essence products the Essence 2-in-1 liner wasn’t for me. It was almost like the pigment in the liner wasn’t strong enough for me and this really made me struggle with application because as i was apply it i wanted to fix a few things, and then because the liner was dry, applying more product was almost like it was erasing out the liner. But if your someone who doesn’t apply a wing then this product will work for you because you’ll just be applying a thin line on the top lash line.

Fourthly mascara: the Maybeline great 100 blackest mascara was amazing it is just like the MAC mascara in my make-up kit and works the exact same. I don’t even have anything to say regarding how the product didn’t working for me because it really did the job.
